Sticky drip trays turn into clogs, odors, and brand-damaging messes
Drip trays beneath soda fountains and beer taps quickly collect syrup, sugar residue, beverage overflow, and grime. Left untreated, that buildup can clog drain lines, contribute to nuisance odors, and turn customer-facing beverage areas into unsightly maintenance problems.
Key benefits
Focus on outcomes that matter to operators and maintenance teams: cleaner operation, preserved performance, fewer complaints, and less maintenance churn.
Reduces sticky buildup
Helps reduce sticky sugar and syrup residue, including buildup commonly referred to as “sugar snakes.”
Helps reduce odors
Supports cleaner trays and drain lines by reducing residue that can contribute to nuisance odors.
Helps reduce drain backups
Helps keep drain tubes cleaner and free-flowing, reducing the risk of overflow and service calls.
- Reduces daily scrubbing: Its water-activated, time-release formula works automatically with normal beverage drips.
- Stays where you put it: The strip will not dissolve or float, making removal and replacement straightforward.
How it works
- Place one DG-DP in the drip tray near the drain, using one strip for every two taps.
- For recirculation units, place one DG-RU per case.
- Allow liquid in the tray to activate the time-release cleaning formula during normal operation.
- Replace the strip every 30 days as part of monthly maintenance.
Ideal for fast food and quick-serve restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, bars, taprooms, breweries, self-serve soda fountains, and recirculation systems.
