Start with the maintenance area

One restaurant. Four distinct systems to maintain.

A restaurant is more than its drains. Use the operating area to narrow the right treatment, cleaner, or protective product before reviewing product-specific directions and documentation.

Build a practical maintenance program

Match each recurring problem to its system.

Drain products, condensate treatments, and coil products solve different maintenance needs. Keeping those roles clear makes it easier to standardize products across one location or an entire restaurant group.

Before selecting a product

Restaurant maintenance questions.

Which product should be used in a restaurant floor drain?

Start with the drain type and opening size. Drain Rings are designed for common sanitary floor drains, while Trench Clean is designed for trench and slot-drain systems. Review the product page and directions before selecting a format.

Is the same product used in beverage trays and floor drains?

No. Dispenser Guard is designed for beverage drip trays and their drain lines. Floor and trench drains use application-specific drain products such as Drain Rings or Trench Clean.

Where do refrigeration and HVAC products fit?

Chill Clean, PanGuard, and Algae Guard address specific condensate-pan applications. InstaCleanCIP, First Strike Micro-Coat, and Coil Shield support coil cleaning or protection. Product selection should follow the equipment, operating conditions, and applicable directions.

Need help standardizing a location or group?

Build a clearer restaurant maintenance program.

Share the equipment, drain types, service conditions, and number of locations. CRT can help narrow the relevant products and documentation.
