Galvanized Surface Corrosion

After a few years galvanized surfaces in underwater conditions, such as condensate pans, metal cooling towers, and drain pans will become corroded, and surfaces become irregular. Once galvanizing is gone, rust spreads rapidly, eventually ruining the pan. This causes you expensive replacement and equipment downtime.

Now there is a solution to the problem and prevention for it.

V570 Coating

Applying V570 to your HVAC condensate pans, makes the surface like new again, providing a tough surface that is chemically
resistant to concentrated coil cleaners. It automatically fills in irregular surface characteristics, providing a smooth, chemically resistance surface for the condensate pan.

V570 is specially designed to clean to vertical surfaces for a thick protective coating.

Applying V570 to a new pan will extend the life of the pan dramatically and perform better than a factory installed original galvanized pan.
