When used as a primer, FX helps prevent corrosion from starting or bleeding through to the topcoat. For this reason, it is an ideal primer for our Flex Seal ™ or anti-microbial BioFlex™, or other coatings.

FX Primer is ideal for submerged use under water, such as in drain systems, or under salt fog conditions. FX Primer resists constant submerging under saltwater to prolong the life of your investment.

FX has been used successfully on galvanized metal in the shipping industry where salt-fog conditions and moisture provide a dual threat to equipment. Interior galvanized duct linings, handrails are a few of the areas where FX Primer is beneficial.

Easy To Apply / Low Odor

FX Primer is water-based so it is easy to apply and clean up. FX has a very low, non-offensive odor. Drying time is within 2 to 4 hours of application.
